Organic Izanami Matcha powder 

Our organic ceremonial Izanami Matcha represents spring and is crafted from the highest quality organic Okumidori cultivar, known for its deep green color and floral, balanced umami flavor. Named after the Japanese goddess of creation, Izanami symbolizes the source and creation. It is a first flush, single origin matcha. 

Organic Yamabuki powder 

Due to the fermentation and honey-like flavour that our Yamabuki powder entails, it represents summer. Our organic Yamabuki is a groundbreaking Japanese tea powder, crafted through a rare fermentation process using kurokoji (black koji mold) which is a method found nowhere else but at Osada Tea in Shizuoka, Japan. Named after the yamabuki flower, a symbol of prosperity and beauty in Japanese culture, this tea brings a rich, honey-like aroma and natural sweetness, designed to support both body and mind.

Organic Genmaicha powder 

Our organic Genmaicha powder represents Autumn due to its cozy and earthy blend of premium green tea and toasted brown rice. This traditional Japanese tea offers a rich, nutty flavor balanced with a gentle warmth, creating a soothing and deeply satisfying experience with every sip. It has a popcorn-like flavour and lower caffeine. 

Organic Hōjicha powder 

Our organic Hōjicha represents winter due to its roasted preparation. It is a comforting roasted green tea powder sourced directly from the lush fields of Shizuoka, Japan. Crafted by gently roasting green tea leaves and finely grinding them into a smooth powder, hōjicha offers a naturally sweet, roasted flavor with soft smoky notes perfect for cozy, mindful moments.
